How will shipping work?
Orders ship directly from suppliers, including suppliers outside the US. Standard US shipping is $8 per order, free from $70 before shipping and tax. Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@hateables.com with your order number. Items must be unused. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct address.
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos; Hateables covers the return shipping needed to resolve the issue.
