How will shipping work?
Orders are planned to ship directly from suppliers. Our current US shipping rate is $8 per order, free from $70. Delivery times depend on your address and the item; express shipping is not offered. Returns & damaged items
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@hateables.com with your order number. Items must be unused. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct address.
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos; Hateables covers the return shipping needed to resolve the issue.
